We strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Delivery is possible within the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery fees are dependent upon whether the destination is within the Local Delivery Area or not. Please see below for a list of areas and delivery fees:
Greater Toronto Areas: $40
Other areas: $60
It is best to place your order at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
Choices subject to availability and substitution.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We work hard to provide the best product that will ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
We will send you an email confirmation of orders and notification upon delivery. If you would like to see the product prior to delivery, please let us know and we can also send you a picture of it.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What days of the week do you deliver?
We deliver 7 days a week from Monday to Sunday across the Greater Toronto Area.
2. What time do you deliver?
We deliver during normal business hours, generally between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee delivery time. You may indicate AM or PM delivery although we can not guarantee this time.
*If there are special delivery time requests (within a 1 hour time period), a $25 special delivery charge may apply and we will inform you immediately.
3. Can I specify a special delivery time?
We can make accommodations for specific delivery time requests for a special delivery charge of $25. This will depend on the time and availability of our drivers. Before we will process your order, we will inform you immediately of the charge and whether we can deliver it during the time requested.
*To ensure timely holiday deliveries, we recommend ordering three days in advance. Due to the high volume during major floral holiday periods including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, same day and special delivery cannot be guaranteed.
4. What if no one is home to accept the flowers?
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our drivers will either:
(i) leave a note notifying the recipient of an attempted delivery and request the recipient to call us to arrange for re-delivery; or
(ii) leave the delivery with a neighbor and tag the recipients door notifying who accepted the delivery.
*Your delivery will not be left at the recipients address if no one is available to accept it unless you request us to do so.
